It was written for orchestra and magnetic tape and proposes a series of reflections on the relationships of individuals with technology within a fully mechanized society (<strong>Technopolis<\/strong><em>. <\/em><strong>Mechanical men<\/strong>) and engulfed in a constant flow of media messages (<strong>Extraversion<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a space of his own creation, the individual is subjected to a series of transformations of more or less foreseeable consequences <em>(<\/em><strong>Mediation<\/strong>: <strong>mutation<\/strong>) but nevertheless, open to the possibility of some type of internalization process (<strong>Psyche<\/strong>. <strong>Introspection<\/strong>) that could lead him to a new model of existence (<strong>Vibration<\/strong>. <strong>Fullness<\/strong>)&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The composition premiered at the Teatre Jard\u00ed in Figueres on May 11th, 1997 under the musical direction of C\u00e0ndid Rodrigue<strong>z<\/strong> and with visual montage by Albert Bosch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listen to a snippet of <strong>Technopolis<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"http:\/\/www.albertllanas.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Anthr.mp3\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Work for chamber orchestra with a futuristic premise and a visual montage, commissioned by the Jove Orquestra de Figueres.
